Artist Statement

I am excited by theoretical models which attempt to explain man's relationship to nature by distilling issues of balance, plasticity, form and color to their essential elements. My influences and "heroes" for their applied and intellectual works in these areas are: Josef Albers, Josef Hoffmann, Wassily Kandinsky, Piet Mondrian, and Frank Lloyd Wright. I love art which is architectural and industrial in construction and depiction. My design work is geometrical, minimal, and clean and precise.
